At the beginning of each massage, I customize to your request by interviewing you to listen and learn how I can help. When we finish the interview, we will agree on a treatment plan and begin the massage.  Most clients prefer either a general full body massage that covers the entire body and is designed to relax and revitalize or a therapeutic massage that is related to an injury, tension or loss of function/mobility.  Therapeutic massage is usually applied to only one area of the body more intensely to release muscle adhesions and restore function.  Therapeutic massage is precision work and it requires more time and usually as many as four sessions to successfully restore function.
